Operating Partner
As Operating Partner, Roger collaborates with Matt and team to strengthen operations, partner relations, and project execution. Leveraging over 20 years experience as a Senior Leader in business strategy and development, he supports the company’s growth while ensuring efficiency across all phases of a project. While in this role, he brings partner-level insight and operational strength to the team.
Cole Ames
Project Manager
Cole oversees the day-to-day management of development projects, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. His attention to detail and hands-on approach help translate the company’s vision into successful on-the-ground results.
